Could Robbie Keane and Gerrard be reunited at last?

LIVERPOOL CAPTAIN STEVEN Gerrard will reportedly end his time with his boyhood club at the end of this season, and leave for the MLS on a free transfer.

In The Express, Paul Joyce reports that Robbie Keane’s championship winning side, LA Galaxy are among the front runners in the race to sign Gerrard, with New York Red Bulls also said to be in the running.

Gerrard’s contract at Liverpool will end after this season and so clubs from abroad have been free to bypass the Reds and propose terms of a free contract directly to Gerrard from today.

The Express adds that the 34-year-old, offered an extension with his hometown club in November, is expected to make his decision known within the next 24 hours.
