Saints sign Quigley and keep hold of Forrester

The Airtricity League Premier Division champions have announced two major deals.

ST PATRICK’S ATHLETIC have announced the signing of former PFAI Player of the Year Mark Quigley.

The 28-year-old striker, who endured a difficult season at Shamrock Rovers before being released last week, rejoins the Saints having previously spent three years at the Inchicore outfit before spells with Bohemians, Dunldalk, Sligo Rovers and the Hoops.

Chris Forresters has also rejoined the Airtricity League Premier Division champions.

The 21-year-old has agreed a one year deal despite spending two weeks training with Bristol City in October and becomes the 19th player to be confirmed in Liam Buckley’s squad for 2014.
