AS EXPECTED, ST Brigid’s and Ballymun booked their places in the Dublin SFC quarter-finals today.
St Brigid’s, who last won the title in 2011, had three points to spare over Thomas Davis, while Ballymun hammered St Mary’s by 40 points.
Losing sides St Mary’s and Thomas Davis, who had former Galway hurling boss Anthony Cunningham as part of their backroom team, won’t play championship football again until 2018.
