Leitrim senior footballers kick off potential €1 million penalty competition

The competition is part of a charity initiative from the NCBI.

COULD YOU HOLD your nerve over a penalty kick if there was potentially €1 million up for grabs?

Well that was the question asked of the Leitrim Senior Football panel last week as they took part in the first round of a national penalty kick competition  in aid of the National Council for the Blind Ireland (NCBI).

The organisers say the competition will also benefit both GAA and soccer clubs as half the money raised stays with the clubs.
