12 ways to keep cool and enjoy sport during the good weather

We’ve come up with a series of tips to help you out this week.

WE’VE BEEN LUCKY enough to experience a mini heatwave across Ireland this week and we suggest you follow these steps in order to participate in (and spectate on) sport in the safest way.

1. Get yourself acclimatised

If you know you’re playing in extreme heat, we propose a training camp to get used to the temperatures.

2. Stay hydrated
