Southampton thank fans by selling £1 tickets for final away game of the season

Anyone fancy a trip to Swansea?

SOUTHAMPTON ARE SAYING thank you to their fans by selling £1 tickets for their final away game of the season.

The Saints are celebrating a brilliant season which sees them comfortably in the top half of the Premier League table with five games to play.

They travel to Swansea on Saturday 3 May and the club have decided to subsidise tickets for the trip to Wales, pricing them at £5 for adults and £1 for U16s and Over-65s.

Not only that but they’re putting on subsidised coaches as well and have organised some “meal deals” once fans get to the ground.

The Premier League is all about the money these days, but this is a nice gesture for supporters who have put their hands in their pockets quite a bit over the last few months.
