WITH THE SIX Nations kicking off tomorrow, RTÉ’s promo nails an average match day for the common Irish rugby fan.
Featuring their pundits, new and old, as you’ve never seen them, Munster fans — and those from the People’s Republic of Cork especially — will be very happy with one scene in particular.
Best of luck to him…!!
Fair play to the lad, hope he makes it to the big time.
Great story. Hope he makes it!
Great story. Like Darragh O Neill (son of former cork footballer colm and nephew of Maurice Fitzgerald) at Colorado doing well as Irish abroad.

Darragh’s younger brother is excelling at the soccer out there too.
Great piece!
Congrats to Sean in next years game in Croke Park, and hope he makes as big an impression for his home town to rival that other Bandon native, Graham Norton.
Great story, looking forward to seeing him in action next year!
Is it just me or is the gear American footballers wear very very sexy!!??
No reason why he can’t go all the way, best of luck to him.
being an avid American football fan, I think it’s just fantastic, heard about him a ur ago and have tried to keep up with his progression!!
great story & I wish him all the best and will see him in Croker next yr!!
Cool! Fair play to him and best wishes!
I would
Fair play to the lad, and well done on a great interview, Steven.
It’s just you
And 20 others so far with good taste :P
Best of Luck, Galvin.
Stick to the punting, though. They are paid approx the same as the kicker but I believe, have less pressure. Who did not cringe at poor Crosby last season. That guy performed consistently for 6 years and has a ring, yet everybody is calling for the guys head after one or two bad games.
If Galvin makes the NFL, he is looking at 400k to 4.5 million, if selected. Excluding any sponsorship.
Thats my cousin!! I hope to follow in his footsteps he is my insperation!!
Haha, I’m his cousin and I’ve seen him play American football ( In our nans Back garden :) )
Good luck in Croke Park i’ll be cheering you on…..
Excellent.
