France v Ireland will be the final game of next year's 6 Nations

The full fixture list for the 2014 and 2015 Six Nations were confirmed today.

IRELAND WILL OPEN their bid for a first Six Nations title since 2009 at home to Scotland next February.

The full fixture list for the 2014 and 2015 Championships was confirmed today with Ireland set to bring a close to next year’s Championship when they take on France in the Stade de France on final weekend.

Ireland start the campaign with back-to-back home fixtures, welcoming 2013 champions Wales to the Aviva Stadium on 8 February before travelling to face England in Twickenham.

A Saturday lunchtime fixture at home to Italy follows on 8 March before the curtain comes down on Ireland’s tournament in Saint-Denis on 15 March.
