THE FITZGIBBON CUP quarter-finals take place this week, while the Sigerson Cup reaches its climax.

Two ties in the former competition take place tomorrow, involving games between DIT and WIT, and UCC against UCD.

In addition, a further two games will happen on Wednesday, with UL competing against LIT and CIT taking on NUIG.

The semi-finals of the competition will then take place on Friday 28 February, before the final the following day on 1 March.

Meanwhile, the semi-finals of the Sigerson Cup are set for this Friday, with the winners of the matches involving NUI Maynooth and UCC, and UUJ and UCD facing off for the title on Saturday.
