Sid Lowe is coming to Dublin to talk about the rivalry between Real Madrid and Barcelona

The Guardian’s Spanish football expert has scheduled an evening at the Sugar Club.

RENOWNED SPANISH FOOTBALL journalist and author Sid Lowe will be in Dublin next month to discuss his latest book.

A columnist with the Guardian and regular contributor to its Football Weekly podcast, Lowe has recently released ‘Fear and Loathing in La Liga’, which looks extensively at the rivalry between Real Madrid and Barcleona and dispels many of the common myths around it.

The book was nominated for the William Hill Sports Book of the Year award and on 4 December Ken Early of Second Captains fame will host an evening with Lowe at the Sugar Club.

We’re recommending it highly to any lovers of the sport. Tickets are priced from €13.50 and you can buy them here.
