Sheehan back in Laois line-up
The attacker’s return is the only switch for the crunch qualifier tie with Monaghan.

LAOIS BOSS JUSTIN McNulty has brought Billy Sheehan back into his starting fifteen for Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC qualifier round two clash against Monaghan in O’Moore Park.
Sheehan, who started in the Leinster championship defeat to Longford in May, missed out on the four-point qualifier win over Carlow a fortnight ago. But he is named at centre-forward for next Sunday’s clash in a move that necessitates a positional reshuffle with Kevin Meaney moving to full-back, John O’Loughlin switching to centre-back and Colm Begley being shifted to midfield.

Portlaoise clubman Kieran Lillis is the player to lose out in the only change from the victory over the Barrowsiders. Despite scoring 0-4 when brought on as a substitute against Carlow in that qualifier, MJ Tierney has to be satisfied with a place on the bench this time around.
LAOIS SF: Eoin Culliton (Timahoe); Cahir Healy (Portlaoise), Kevin Meaney (Arles-Kilcruise), Jamie Kavanagh (Stradbally); Darren Strong (Emo), John O’Loughlin (St Brigid’s), Conor Boyle (Portlaoise); Brendan Quigley (Timahoe), Colm Begley (Parnell’s); Damien O’Connor (Timahoe), Billy Sheehan (Emo), Gary Walsh (Ballylinan); Ross Munnelly (Arles-Kilcruise), Padraig Clancy (Timahoe), Colm Kelly (Stradbally)
