Up front Jack McGrath and Aaron Dundon come in to join Jamie Hagan while captain Leo Cullen returns to the second row after sitting out the 19-10 defeat at the Ospreys earlier this month.
Cullen is joined by Quinn Roux who is fit to start having finally completed a lengthy rehabilitation programme.
