THE IRELAND V FRANCE match is currently underway in Lyon and while things aren’t going our way at the moment, there is some light relief to be found.
Donegal man Seamus Coleman has been employing some sneaky GAA tactics throughout the game – and everyone’s delighted.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed when picking up the ball for a throw-in, he slid his toe under the it for a GAA-style pickup:

As if everyone wasn’t feeling extremely proud of their country already, that little bit of GAA turned the patriotism dial all the way up to 11 for a few short minutes.
Coleman played as a back for his local GAA team as a teenager. You never forget your roots.
