PAUL SCHOLES IS willing to come out of retirement in order to help ease Man United’s growing list of injuries, according to reports.
The Sun reports that Scholes was initially reluctant to make the move, however he is understood to have since changed his mind.
The player badly misses playing for United and continues to train every day with the reserves at the club’s Carrington base.
And with several United midfielders out injured including Darren Fletcher and Tom Cleverley, Scholes is said to be willing to do a job for the team if required.
The midfielder spent 14 years playing for United over the course of his career, making over 700 appearances for the club.
you wouldn’t get the ground works done for €300,000 ffs
@Emmett McNamara: Check an aerial photo of the harbour, the dock is already there, just needs floating pontoons added. If the building is mobile then it’s likely in shipping containers so it can be transported. The other buildings are already there.
Knowing this country, by the time this is fully built the 2020 Olympics will be long gone…..
Wonderful news for Irish sailing and how welcome it is to see ONE Irish sport standing on their own two feet as funding is concerned. Bravo…
It’s brilliant to see and stuff like this should happen more for minority sports in Ireland. €300,000 is peanuts compared to what the GAA receive take for instance the €30 million the government gave to the GAA to build Pairc Ui Chaoimh. And the only the only time it’s had a capacity crowd was for Ed a few weeks ago.
Personally would love to have seen such a project brought to a sea heritage town outside of Dublin. Arklow has such a rich sea heritage and only 1 hour from Dublin. Missed opportunity.
That Rory Fitzpatrick is quite a dish.
Hope they didn’t pay much for the design. The concreters will be busy anyway.
