Ryan the star as Dublin U-21s cruise past Cork

Jim Gavin’s side march on after an impressive victory over the Rebels at O’Moore Park this afternoon.

DUBLIN PROVED TOO strong for Cork in the All-Ireland U-21 football semi-final at Portlaoise today.

It’ll be the Dubs’ second national decider in three years, having beaten the Rebels on a scoreline of 3-11 to 0-14.

The impressive Philip Ryan hit 2-03 of that tally as the Dubs recovered from being 0-5 to 0-1 after 10 minutes, before Jack McCaffrey added the third goal after the break. And from there the Dubs saw it out, with Ryan adding the last score of the game.
