Ryan Manning's star continues to rise with his first goal for QPR

The Galway man has been in impressive form for the Championship club.

IRISH YOUTH INTERNATIONAL Ryan Manning has celebrated a whirlwind couple of weeks by netting his first goal in English football.

The QPR youngster, who signed a new two-and-a-half year contract at the club yesterday, capitalised on a defensive error by Fulham to give Ian Holloway’s side the lead in the Championship encounter against their London rivals.

However, Rangers were denied all three points as Chris Martin equalised with 15 minutes remaining to give the Cottagers a share of the spoils.

The 20-year-old, who joined the West London outfit in 2015 after he helped guide League of Ireland side Galway United to Premier Division promotion, only made his debut for the Loftus Road club in the New Year’s Eve clash against Wolves.
