MANCHESTER UNITED BOSS David Moyes and player Ryan Giggs were pictured together this morning at the club’s training session at Carrington.
Several media outlets had reported a rift between the pair in the immediate aftermath of United’s 3-0 league loss to Liverpool. However, a United spokesperson told The Sun, “The story of any problems between Ryan and the manager are completely false.”

Moyes, meanwhile, has demanded a win for the thousands of United supporters who backed their team to the final whistle during Sunday’s humbling defeat. He told the club’s official website, “The players would tell you that was the first thing I mentioned to them after Liverpool. I told them we have to start giving something back and start performing.
“We need to work to make sure it’s a night to remember. We’ll leave nothing behind out there and we’ll try to make sure that, somehow, we get ourselves through to the next round.”
