Roy Keane went to see 'I, Keano' last night (seriously)

The assistant boss was joined by members of the Ireland squad for an evening at the theatre.

MEMBERS OF THE Ireland squad, including assistant boss Roy Keane, went to see hit comedy I, Keano in Dublin’s Olympia Theatre last night.

The play, which made its debut on the stage in 2005 and has just made its theatrical return, lampoons Keane and the infamous 2002 World Cup controversy that saw him leave the squad shortly before the tournament began.

David Meyler and Jonathan Walters both made no secret of their presence at the event on social media, as the squad looked to unwind ahead of their key World Cup qualifier against Poland on Sunday.
