IT’S BEEN ONE hell of a year for Jack Kennedy and Ross Peters.
Last weekend, the pair were members of the St Mary’s team that won the Tipperary minor A hurling title for the first time in the club’s history.
That victory added to what was already an incredible medal haul for the season.
The dual stars are members of the Clonmel Commercials squad that will do battle with Nemo Rangers in tomorrow’s AIB Munster senior club football final.

In the big ball code, they’ve already collected county U21 and senior honours, a county football league title and with progress secured to the county semi-final stage, a minor crown could follow.
Commercials were victorious at divisional level in the minor and U21 football grades also and with the hurlers, St Mary’s reigned supreme in the South before claiming the big prize with victory over North outfit Kildangan in last weekend’s county decider.
Both players also lined out in the All-Ireland minor football final against Kerry in September and Peters was a member of the Tipperary minor hurling team won the Munster title before progressing to an All-Ireland final with Galway.

At club level with the Commercials seniors, Kennedy has been a key member of the team at midfield and Peters has made several appearances off the bench this season.
A win against Nemo would crown a stunning year for the duo as Commercials aim to become the first team from Tipperary ever to win the Munster senior crown.
For the Clonmel outfit, it’s a first Munster final appearance since 1994, when they lost out to Castlehaven.
Can 2 rising Tipp stars add to their amazing seasonal haul of medals this weekend?
