RORY MCILROY SHOT a third-round 67 to crank up the pressure on the leaders at the Turkish Airlines Open.
McIlroy will start the final round on 15-under-par, one shot behind Victor Dubuisson of France and South Africa’s Jaco van Zyl.
Along with the €1 million first prize, a win on Sunday would also extend McIlroy’s advantage as the Race to Dubai enters the final stretch.
After carding two birdies and two bogeys through his opening 10 holes, the world number three found his stride on the back nine on Saturday.
A birdie on the par five 11th was followed by an eagle on the 13th, also a par five, before he added another birdie on 14.
A closing birdie on 18 secured his third straight 67 of the week, leaving him level with Kiradech Aphibarnrat and poised to challenge.
