Yesterday was no exception to this rule, particularly when the lads got onto the topic of knee injuries.
George Hook, who is enjoying his last Six Nations as a panellist, subsequently explained that he recently had a knee replacement.
Fellow analyst Ronan O’Gara, visibly amused by this revelation, consequently told Hook to “pull down your pants” so the nation could see his new and improved knees.
Fortunately for us all, the veteran pundit declined his colleague’s request.
