LIVERPOOL MANAGER Brendan Rodgers has dismissed speculation that youngsters Raheem Sterling and Suso could be sent out on loan.
The duo both broke into the senior side under the Northern Irishman earlier on in the campaign, but have found themselves on the fringes of late, spending more time with the Under-21 squad.

However, the former Swansea boss has insisted that the pair will remain at Anfield and are very much involved in his plans despite their age.
“It’s very simple, neither of them are available for loan,” Rodgers said. “I’m not sure where the stories have come from, to be honest. They’re both young players that have played a lot this year – they have been very much a part of our group.
“We’ve got a very small squad and those two boys are an integral part of the group. That (loans) won’t happen.”
Rodgers also addressed midfielder Joe Allen’s injury issues, stating that while he will continue to be included in the squad at present, he will require surgery on a shoulder problem that has been troubling him for some time.
“It’s something that he’s been playing through,” Rodgers added. “There’s an operation he’ll probably need.
“He’s had a problem with it and it hasn’t been so bad, but certainly since October time he’s really felt it. It is something that at the right time in the next couple of months we’ll look to get organised.
“But at this moment, he’s involved in the group, he’ll be involved in the Wales squad and then he’ll be assessed after that.”
