Robbie Keane scored an absolute belter for LA Galaxy last night

ROBBIE KEANE SCORED twice in the LA Galaxy’s 5 – 1 win over New England Revolution last night.

He started off in style, with this gorgeous curling shot from the edge of the area to give his side a 10th minute lead.

Gyasi Zardes added two moer for the Galaxy either side of half time and a Lee Nguyen penalty. Stefan Ishizaki made it four on 75 minutes and the rout was complet three minutes later when Keane pounced on an errant back pass and scampered around the ‘keeper to roll in his ninth goal of the season.

The win leaves LA sitting third in the tightly-contested Western Conference of the MLS, just one point above sixth-place Dallas with the top five qualifying for the post-season.
