Two goals from Robbie Brady couldn't keep Hull in the Europa League tonight

Spurs advanced but Hull went out on away goals.

DESPITE TWO goals from Robbie Brady, Hull were eliminated from the Europa League on away goals by Lokeren after a 2-1 win in the second leg of their qualifying game tonight.

Brady’s first came six minutes in when he tapped in a low cross from Maynor Figueroa. Lokeren equalised with a goal from Jordan Remacle but Brady put Hull back ahead from the penalty spot after 56 minutes.

Despite winning on the night, Hull needed another goal to go through after losing the first leg 1-0 in Belgium.

Meanwhile, Spurs won their second leg qualifier 3-0 against AEL Limassol with the goals coming from Harry Kane, Paulinho and Andros Townsend. The tie finished 5-1 on aggregate.
