ROB KEARNEY, WHO celebrates his 27th birthday today, is regarded as one of the Irish rugby team’s most most talented backs.
However, the Louth native was also a promising GAA player in his younger days.
Kearney was a keen participant in the sport, and was even good enough to represent Louth in the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship, as well as playing for Naomh Mhuire and Cooley Kickhams at underage level, and below is a pic to prove it.
