In honour of Rob Heffernan’s brilliant gold medal performance in the 50k walk in Moscow yesterday, the Meath man called on listeners to his morning breakfast show on 2fm and his Twitter followers to “Do The Heff.”
People all over the country have been sending their Heffernan homage to Hector over Twitter all day.
