RICHARD DUNNE WILL end hope to leave his injury nightmare behind when he returns to training later this week.
The Aston Villa defender has been out of action since featuring for Ireland at Euro 2012 after undergoing three operations on his groin and hip.

Paul Lambert’s side are severely lacking in experience and, without a Premier League win since beating Liverpool back in mid-December, currently lie in the relegation zone just above Reading and QPR.
Although there has been speculation that Dunne could possibly leave during the January transfer window, his return to fitness would be a much-needed boost to their youthful backline.
Elsewhere, Tottenham have announced that former striker Robbie Keane will begin a two-week spell training with the club tomorrow.
It is not expected to lead to a loan deal however, and the Ireland skipper will return to LA Galaxy ahead of the MLS curtain-raiser.
