PLAYERS AND STAFF from all 20 Premier League clubs took time out from their busy festive football schedule to visit some young fans in hospital and wish them a Happy Christmas.

Some really nice Christmas moments were caught on camera — who doesn’t love Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan in Santa hats? — and collected on the Premier League’s Facebook page this morning.
