Poll: who will be crowned All-Ireland hurling champions this weekend?

Last year’s winners Tipperary take on the side they dethroned, Kilkenny, in a rematch of a classic. But who’ll take the spoils on Sunday.

THE MOST ANTICIPATED game of the hurling season is almost upon us.

All-Ireland senior champions Tipperary take on the game’s most successful county Kilkenny at Croke Park on Sunday (throw-in 3.30pm).

Last year’s decider between the two sides was an instant classic with the Premier eventually coming out on top with a scoreline of 4-17 to 1-18. The year before Kilkenny won out against Tipp, however.

So, with Declan Ryan’s side in flying form all year and the Cats in the unfamiliar position as slight underdogs with the bookies, who do you reckon will lift the Liam MacCarthy Cup on Sunday evening?

Poll Results:

Tipperary (272)
Kilkenny (219)
It'll be a draw, Ger (31)
