Poll: What's your favourite Heineken Cup moment?

George Hook has his, what’s yours?

IT’S DIFFICULT, BUT take a few minutes.

Breath deep and empty your mind of all your provincial loyalties.

Not working? Breath a little deeper… good.

Now, that’s relaxing isn’t it. Think back over the illustrious 18-year history of Europe’s finest club competition.

When asked by Heineken, the vast majority of  over 2,000 people polled agreed with George Hook that Munster’s 33-6 ‘Miracle Match’ win over Gloucester was the tournament’s all-time highlight.

Brent Pope also selected a Munster moment, Peter Stringer’s pivotal sniping try in the 2006 final, and almost 17 percent of people agreed with him.  Donal Lenihan went overseas, and his decision to choose another scrum-half try – Rob Howley’s last-gasp effort against Toulouse in 2004 – stank out the place as his choice limped home third place.

Now, have you cleansed your mind? What Heineken Cup moment made you smile?
