CHELSEA’S WIN OVER Liverpool at Anfield yesterday has turned what most assumed was a title-winning procession into a genuine three-horse race.
The self-appointed ‘little horse’ of the three, Chelsea, have already moved to rule themselves out, but with only three points between the contenders it doesn’t take a genius to see through Mourinho’s cute hoorism.
The remaining fixtures see Manchester City (77 points) face Everton away, then Aston Villa and West Ham at home.
Chelsea (78 points), after the second leg with Atletico, face Norwich at home and Cardiff away. Leaders Liverpool (80 points) have the points on the board and they will round off their terrific season with games away to Crystal Palace and home to Newcastle.
