POLL: Is it time for Ryan Giggs to retire?

The brilliant Welshman, who turns 39 in less than a fortnight, showed his age in the defeat to Norwich.

RYAN GIGGS STARTED in the centre of midfield for Manchester United in Saturday evening 1-0 defeat to Norwich at Carrow Road, allowing the game to pass him by while the likes of Wes Hoolahan and Jonny Howson dictated play.

The Welshman, surely one of the five best players in the club’s history, turns 39 on the 29th of November and we’re wondering if this has been a season too far for the brilliant Welshman?

Alex Ferguson will never force his longest-serving player to retire, but we’re wondering if Giggs should call it a day himself?

Poll Results:

He'll play until he's 50 (390)
Give him until the end of the season (349)
He should retire now (102)
