AFTER THEIR HEADLINE bout at UFC Fight Night 76 in Dublin had to be postponed in October when Joseph Duffy sustained a concussion, the Donegal native and Dustin Poirier will finally lock horns tomorrow night at UFC 195 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Despite taking place on the prelims — a move by the UFC which is geared towards increasing subscriptions to Fight Pass, their online broadcast platform — the meeting of Duffy and Poirier is one of the most eagerly anticipated fights on tomorrow night’s card, which will be headlined by Robbie Lawler’s welterweight title defence against Carlos Condit.

Duffy and Poirier have been nothing but respectful in the build-up to the contest, although the American did appear to have a message for his Irish opponent at tonight’s weigh-ins. Whatever it was didn’t seem to bother Duffy, but both fighters look absolutely ready to put on a show that will match the lofty expectations.
The fight should kick off just after midnight tomorrow night and it’s only available to watch on Fight Pass, so make sure you’re signed up.
