Penn State and UCF are acclimatising to Irish weather ahead of the Croke Park Classic

UCF coach George O’Leary came dangerously close to praising our rain-laden weather.

THE CROKE PARK Classic between Penn State and UCF is on this Saturday and the two teams are settling in ahead of the game. UCF have been training at Carton House ahead of the clash while Penn State have been going through their drills in UCD.

UCF coach George O’Leary is having such a good time that he almost praised Irish weather. I don’t care how hot it is in Florida at the moment, there is no way your players could be happy in this rain. Settle down, George.

Hopefully our climate gets more Floridian before their game this Saturday. Otherwise, the Croke Park pitch could be in a heap for Dublin vs Donegal the next day.
