McBrearty returns as Donegal name strong side for Tyrone tie

Manager Rory Gallagher makes one change from the team that beat Antrim four weeks ago.

PATRICK McBREARTY IS set for his first Donegal start in four months after he was named in the starting XV for tomorrow’s Ulster SFC semi-final against Tyrone in Clones (2pm throw-in).

The prolific left-footer suffered a groin injury in February’s narrow Division 1 league win against Roscommon and came on as a sub, scoring 1-2, in Donegal’s Ulster opener against Antrim four weeks ago.

However, manager Rory Gallagher includes the Kilcar man from the start at corner-forward tomorrow, which is the sole change in personnel from the side that lined out in the comfortable Ballybofey victory against the Saffrons.

Earlier this week, Tyrone boss Mickey Harte named an unchanged side for tomorrow’s game.
