Cronin returns to Cork team for Munster final

Jimmy Barry-Murphy makes two changes to the side which beat Clare in the provincial semi-finals.

CAPTAIN PA CRONIN returns to lead Cork in Sunday’s Munster hurling final against Limerick.

Cronin’s inclusion at the expense of Stephen Moylan is one of two changes made by Jimmy Barry-Murphy to the side which beat Clare in the provincial semis.

Lorcán McLoughlin is fit again following his shoulder injury and he takes his place in midfield alongside Daniel Kearney.

But Brian Murphy is ruled out with injury, forcing a defensive reshuffle which sees Stephen McDonnell named at full-back and Christopher Joyce at centre-back.
