AFTER DEFEATS IN his last two fights, Manny Pacquiao has not ruled out facing Floyd Mayweather as he prepares for his bout with Brandon Rios.
Pacquiao faces former WBA lightweight champion Rios in Macau on November 23 and is expecting the young talent to come at him.
However, the Filipino remains confident he is still the same fighter despite claims losses to Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez have slowed him down.

“It depends on his style in the ring and I cannot just easily write the way. I am pretty sure there is going to be more action in the ring and it will be a good fight,” Pacquiao said.
“He (Rios) is not that easy. Of course I believe I am going to win the fight but let’s see, it is hard to say right now.”
Pacquiao insisted he would happily fight Mayweather and claimed the American, as always, was all talk and no action.
“I know Floyd Mayweather is just talking and no action. I don’t think he wants the fight,” Pacquiao said.
“I am willing to fight with him but why are we talking about Mayweather and why not talking about my next fight with Brandon Rios and it will be an exciting fight with more action.”
Meanwhile, Rios says his speed and hunger will get him over the line against Pacquiao.
“I’m young, I want that success, I want that fame and I don’t want to let go of it,” Rios said.
“I am like a leech right now. I am right here but I want to be up there and I won’t let go. I am young, hungry and aggressive with heart and I have come to fight.
“I can’t say about that because I am not Manny Pacquiao but everybody says he has slowed down and there is a time and point in your career where you just know it is time to give up.
“You are not the same young guy that you was before and it is my time, I am young and I am hungry.”
