Derval O'Rourke joins IRUPA as player development manager

FORMER IRISH ATHLETE Derval O’Rourke has joined the Irish Rugby Union Players’ Association (IRUPA) as development manager, it has been confirmed.

O’Rourke confirmed news via her official Twitter account today.

The 33-year-old had been taking time out of sport since confirming her retirement from athletics last June following a distinguished career that included three appearances at the Olympics.
