Olding double helps Ulster comfortably overcome Dragons

The 21-year-old back was named man-of-the-match as the Irish side prevailed.

ULSTER EARNED A comfortable 23-6 victory over the Dragons in this evening’s Guinness Pro12 encounter at Kingspan Stadium.

Man-of-the-match Stuart Olding played a key role in the win, claiming two tries either side of half-time amid wet conditions in Belfast.

Paddy Jackson slotted over two penalties, before Declan Fitzpatrick got the Irish team’s third try in the dying moments to put a more flattering look on the scoreline, with substitute Ian Humphreys subsequently securing the conversion.

The result leaves Ulster third in the Pro12, while the Dragons are 10th.
