Both universities came through gripping semi-finals in Galway today as Maynooth, who were forced to wear Kildare jerseys, knocked out reigning holders University College Cork (UCC) with a score of 2-11 to 2-8.
2010 champions DCU, meanwhile, had an eight-point advantage over University of Ulster Jordanstown (UUJ) when the final whistle went.
Throw-in for tomorrow’s final is 3pm and the match is live on TG4.
