'We're as good as these people in the UFC' - Seery ready for Dublin event

The experienced flyweight is hoping to get his first UFC win when he meets Phil Harris at the O2 Arena.

NEIL SEERY GETS his second taste of fighting in the UFC at next month’s Dublin event in the O2 Arena.

The 34-year-old made his debut after being  invited to step in for Ian McCall at short notice to take on Brad Pickett back in March, and earned plaudits despite losing on points in London.

MMA veteran Seery, who is a member of Team Ryano, faces Britain’s Phil Harris in his hometown on 19 July and the lads at Severe MMA caught up with him recently to discuss balancing training with work as well as his upcoming bout.
