Nani marks his return to pre-season with nice free-kick

The Portuguese winger scored twice for a Manchester United XI against Crewe Alexandra tonight.

NANI’S BACK — AND he’s scoring goals.

The Portuguese winger was on the mark twice as a Manchester United XI beat Crewe Alexandra 2-0 at Gresty Road this evening.

Nani missed the start of pre-season with a nasal problem but with the bulk of United’s first-teamers still away on tour, he made his return tonight as did Nemanja Vidic and Antonio Valencia.

He opened the scoring with this free-kick in the 11th minute, leaving Crewe keeper Alan Martin rooted to the spot, and then sealed the win with his second shortly before the hour mark.
