VIDEO: Moussa Sissoko accidentally floors referee Mike Jones

The man in black had to receive treatment for a bloody nose after the incident.

REFEREE MIKE JONES received a bloody nose after a comical incident during Newcastle’s 1-1 draw with Southampton.

When Moussa Sissoko was shoved by the grounded Saints keeper Paulo Gazziniga, the Frenchman inadvertently caught Jones in the face as he fell back.

The official needed treatment but was thankfully alright to see out the game.
