Jose Mourinho says he didn't give last night's team-talk -- the team masseur did

Is Billy McCulloch really the Special One?

IT HAS BEEN hailed as another Mou masterclass but Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says he didn’t even give the team-talk before last night’s win against title rivals Manchester City.

Team masseur Billy McCulloch did.

Branislav Ivanovic’s goal handed City their first home defeat of the season and left the sides level on 53 points, two behind Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Mourinho was saluted afterwards for winning the tactical battle against his opposite number Manuel Pellegrini.

And while the Special One got his gameplan spot on, he revealed that he left one of the most important details — the pre-match team talk — to McCulloch.

“I didn’t speak, it was Billy the masseur that spoke to the team,” Mourinho said. “I’m serious, I’m serious.”

“He was screaming so much in Scottish I didn’t understand really. I didn’t understand, but the players were clapping.

“It was Billy’s team-talk. The last time [I spoke] was midday today.”
