Dana White told Yahoo Sports that the hotly anticipated featherweight unification bout will headline UFC 194 at the MGM Grand Garden.
UFC officials had strongly considered booking the 100,000-capacity AT&T Stadium in Texas for the multi-million dollar showdown before deciding to return to the Vegas arena where McGregor clinched the interim title last month.
White also confirmed that Ronda Rousey’s next bantamweight title defence will be against Miesha Tate, but that fight will not take place alongside Aldo-McGregor.
“That fight isn’t going to be on the card, for sure,” he said.
If we were going to go to Dallas Cowboys Stadium, that’s another story, but the MGM really wanted the fight and they made a huge effort for it and they got it.
“And it works out better for us to be in Las Vegas.”
The fact that Gurley went 10th after tearing his ACL last season shows just how good he is. Rams have themselves an absolute steal if they get him firing on all cylinders again!
Glad Chargers got Gordon but was no need to trade up. 49ers and Texans didn’t need him. Gurley with his ACL could go either way. That kinda injury is hard to recover from especially as a RB.
AP showed it can be done………
Terrell Davis (Broncos ) and Ronnie Brown (Dolphins ) are the flip side of debate. Went from 1000 yds per season to never being the same again.
Looks like another group of star WR’s
Look at Frank Gore as well, he had awful trouble coming out of Miami but turned into one of the NFL’s most consistent runners.
Who did the Seahawks get?
They don’t have a pick till today due to the Jimmy Graham trade. Do your research!
