Diarmuid O'Connor back for Mayo's clash with Tyrone

The Ballintubber man has shrugged off the injury that kept him out last weekend.

THE IN-FORM Diarmuid O’Connor has shrugged off the injury that kept him out of last weekend’s win over Westmeath to re-take his place in the Mayo line-up.

The Ballintubber talent is the only change to Stephen Rochford’s side for tomorrow’s All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Tyrone (16.00) in Croke Park.

O’Connor was a late withdrawal from last Saturday’s game and was replaced by Jason Doherty, who managed a goal and a point in his place.
