Castlebar Mitchels entertain Aghamore after Mayo SFC quarter final draw

This year’s beaten club finalists will face Garrymore or Charlestown in the last four if they are victorious.

CASTLEBAR MITCHELS HAVE been handed a quarter final against Aghamore in the quarter finals of the Mayo senior football championship this evening.

Castlebar, who were beaten in the All-Ireland club championship final back in March, will face the winners of Garrymore and Charlestown Sarsfields if they can overcome Aghamore.

The other half of the draw sees Ballaghaderreen take on Ballintubber while Breafy have been paired with Knockmore.

The Mayo CCC will meet on Wednesday night to decide upon dates, times and venues for the four quarter final ties. The quarter final draws for the JFC and IFC were also made this evening. They are as follows:
