TWENTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD Jordan Spieth will take a four-shot lead into the final day of the Masters after a Saturday filled with drama at Augusta National.

Spieth continued his sensational week to shoot two-under-par 70, setting a new 54-hole record at the tournament at -16.
But he left the door ajar for the chasing pack with a costly double-bogey on the 17th, and then needed a superb scramble to save par on the 18th.
Spieth started Saturday with a commanding five-shot lead but that was pared back to four by Justin Rose who finished with five birdies in the last six holes to surge up the leaderboard and into the final pairing.
Phil Mickelson is a further shot back on -11, thanks in no small part to this monster birdie on the 16th:

World number one Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods both took full advantage on moving day, shooting rounds of 68 respectively to move to -6 and a share of fifth place.
The two will play together in the third-last pairing on Sunday with Mickelson joined by Charley Hoffman in the penultimate group.
Spieth has been so impressive that everything was starting to seem a little bit predictable. He’s still the odds-on favourite but if you get the sense that there are few twists and turns still to come, you’re not alone.

Tiger just hit this offensively bad drive … and still made a remarkable birdie
