MARTIN O’NEILL HAS placed faith in Wes Hoolahan, with the player featuring in the Irish side’s starting XI to face Latvia this evening.
The midfielder has been out of favour at Norwich this season, but is set to play just behind lone striker Robbie Keane tonight.
Meanwhile, Marc Wilson appears to have been given a rare start at centre-back, with Richard Dunne absent through injury.
Elsewhere, there are few surprises in the team, with Aiden McGeady and James McClean starting on the wings.
The game is set to kick off at 7.45pm at the Aviva Stadium this evening.
