Glorious Marshall try created by Bowe and Jackson sums up brilliant night for Ulster

Tommy Bowe did a brilliant impersonation of Brian O’Driscoll in the centre to set up this try.

MARK ANSCOMBE’S MEN bounced back to winning ways with a 58 – 12 win over Connacht at Ravenhill and this try was, for us, the best of the bunch.

The result moved Ulster to within four points of Pro12 leaders Leinster, and plenty of players in the eastern province will recognise this stand-out try from Ravenhil tonight.

Tommy Bowe will have more taxing exams as an outside centre, but his reverse pass to an accelerating Paddy Jackson here was sublime. And we can’t help thinking it’s a move we’ve seen countless times before… except with Brian O’Driscoll in the Bowe role and Jonathan Sexton running the loop before finding the perfect pass to the man free on the outside.

Connacht lost heavily, but this Robbie Henshaw assist is worth watching over and over again
